Happy Tuesday All!
Or the case of the Tuesdays, same difference.
It’s always a bit of an adjustment getting back to the ‘ol work routine after some time off. I feel like it takes an extra day to turn the brain back on. And, I wanted to stop by Starbucks this AM but was running a little late, so that did not happen. Boo!
Anywho I wanted to fill you all in on our Vegas trip. So much fun, but went by WAY too fast. We walked so much that my legs were actually a little sore yesterday, so I don’t feel bad about missing my weekend workouts.

I love walking around Vegas, there is so much to do and see. And when the weather is just right, you can’t beat it!
As fun as vacation is, I am always happy to get back to my sleeping and exercise routine (do I sound old or what?) I took it easy Monday night, but this is my workout plan the rest of the week:
Tuesday: 4 mile run with stairs (I’m doing a stair climb event in 2 weeks, eek, will fill you guys in on the details soon)
Wednesday: At home workout DVD- Mash Up Conditioning. Will be posting a review on this one soon, can’t wait to try it out!
Thursday: 4-5 mile run.
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Pop Physique class
Sunday: Hike with a friend
