Post Labor Day Workout

Happy September Everyone!

It’s a lovely 84 degrees today in So Cal, so it definitely feels like it should be the middle of July (not complaining).

As much as I love summer, fall is actually one of my favorite seasons. I love bringing out cozy sweaters, boots, and sipping a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. (Did you hear these are out already?!) Woo!





Last year fall didn’t really arrive in LA until the middle of October, so I have another month before I will be switching up the wardrobe.


If you are anything like me, you enjoyed some BBQ’ing over the weekend full of hamburgers, chips, desserts, and some beer. Always a good time, but I woke up today feeling like I needed to get a good sweat in. I went on a little run with the puppy, then went through this circuit.


Go through circuit once or twice or even three times if you have it in you! If you don’t have a jump rope like me, mimic the motion with your arms like you do. In between each 4th exercise, grab some water! 😉
