I seriously think circuit training routines using ONLY your body weight are the best! You can do these routines anywhere, and there is no doubt that you are using your entire body AND burning tons of calories! Anyways, give this one a try and let me know what you think. For this circuit, you will be performing each exercise for 1 minute and repeating the circuit 2-3x. I recommend starting off with 2x through, then move it up to 3x! (And Yes I purposely added 4 exercises to the last set just to top things off). 🙂
